This black and white photo was taken in the Jardin des Tulieries in Paris on a summers day, empty of tourists during the covid pandemic.. Paul, my partner, plonked himself in the chair and gazed at the empty lake. I thought he expresses the mood of this summer of leisure and the environment , capturing an introspective solitude by the reflective waters. This artwork is a pause , a breath encapsulating the end of the summers reflective mood, and invites a contemplative energy into any space it adorns. This limited edition in black and white will be printed on photo paper .The dimensions refer to the actual image size, the final print is slightly larger, allowing for a white border on all 4 sides, and a signature bottom right and an edition number bottom left.
