Princess Diana Arriving To Meet Mother Teresa - Limited Edition 11 of 777 Photograph

I have had many experiences in my life. The day I met Princess Diana and Mother Teresa was probably the most important celebrity encounter. I was told Diana would be arriving at The Missionaries of Charity in The Bronx, New York. I found several media photographers waiting at the front entrance. I chose to wait down the block where there was a traffic light. My goal was to see if Diana would speak to me there. I expected several cars and a motorcade to bring this incredible Princess. I was not sure what to expect when I saw a car pull up to the traffic light. I saw Diana in the window as I stood alone. I motioned for her to sign an autograph and pose for a picture. She at first seemed nervous but then became very loving towards me. I obtained a couple of autographs and then I asked if she would pose for a picture. She did and these are my images of her. I loved the warmth she gave to someone she never knew. I would later she Mother Teresa and Diana as they walked out together. There were many media photographs taken that day. These images of Diana were the only ones taken before this historic meeting. I believe in my heart that this moment had an importance for our world. I was heartbroken when they both died that summer. It made me feel that God takes away some of our most incredible human beings. I learned about loss at such a young age. I would later write books about my brother dying. I never quite learned to overcome the pain of losing people I care about. I know Diana left a legacy and I want to leave my own. I share this and know many cannot afford the price. I hope looking at it gives you peace. I believe if I ever became a famous artist by greatest works would be shown in galleries or museums. It is 2018 and maybe one day this will be an incredibly valuable peace. This is hand signed and numbered 11 of 777 by me.
