Tracking chimpanzees in the steep, tropical mountains of Tanzania is not easy and carrying heavy photography equipment makes it even harder. I enjoyed the details of the chimps and isolating this hand from the rest of the animal prompts us to compare it to our own hands. Looking at the detail we seen the same wrinkles, joints and fingernails familiar to all of us.
