Photography on methacrylate (50 x 70 cm) and framed poem (21x 30cm) In a society that moves faster and faster, ruins needs less and less time to become ruins. Production methods change constantly, industrial sites move to developing countries and certain jobs begin to disappear. The places that in the past were intended for production have become containers of memories, places to reflect, evoke the past and rethink possible futures. The only way out is to change the meaning of the discourses we know in order to create new ones. Like the words of Henry Ford, for example, that properly reconfigured could have perhaps a different meaning; less utilitarian, but undoubtedly more open and critical with regard to the functioning of contemporary society.
