What Remains - 32 x 40 Print on Acrylic - Edition of 50 Photograph

Part of my Out West series, this image captures the nearly 400 year old remains of an old Spanish mission church in northern New Mexico. Local residents continue to visit the site and maintain a small alter in front of the adobe walls. Each image in the Out West black and white series includes the original 4x5" film border to maintain the analog feel of the frame. The monochrome tones and choice of subjects reflect the grit and ruggedness of the Old West that continue to play a major role in American culture. All photographs within this series are shot on a large format film camera with 4x5 inch black and white film. Each print is individually signed and numbered and mounted on an anti-glare acrylic that adds additional depth to the final print and arrives ready to hang.
