This image is one of my favourite images from my New York photos and memories. I love the layers within this scene. The bold sign making the old facade come to life, the dated shop front depicting an old fighting scene allowing the viewer to sense the scene inside. The 3 colour print captures a sense of this energetic scene of life in New York for those who like the edgier side of boxing, now a hip place to watch and take part in boxing.
