About The Artwork
This mixed media sculpture was made to depict the essence of the millipede. From the curvy body, to the 98 rubber, the abstract millipede appears to be crawling into a hidden space. The materials used in the construction of this piece include 27 feet of small rubber hose, an aluminum flag pole top and a steel pipe. The body is a bois d’arc branch found on my property.
