In this work "Blue Sky Birch trees" I have pushed the perspective one step further than previous works.
By creating a concave backboard the viewers eye is treated to a more dramatic perspective.
Like my other works each tree here Is made by taking 2x6 cedar board drawing out each tree then cutting and carving the forms out. I then paint each tree with acrylic paint and assemble all to my painted backing board. This piece is complete with mounting hardware .
