If silence and forgetfulness characterize the mineral world, in its physical acceptance it allows us to signify that there is a deposed time where the illusory speed of action seems to be abolished, a meditative time in the wake of a hasty humanity. . The stone symbolizes and emphasizes this contradiction between univerty knowledge and knowledge, between being and appearance, resurgence of materia prima, it embodies the raw forces of nature, witness of a time before time, that of men and of the consciousness that they have of it. In my commitment, I am trying to apprehend and express this duality and this seems to be the very foundation of artistic activity, namely: meaning and its content. Our relation to the universe and thus to our origins constitutes the close bond which unites us to matter, and from this unstable equilibrium we depend. To question matter is to question our origins by the use of gesture; that of observation, sampling and doing that, under the action of the tool, as translators of thought, inscribe jointly an introspective dimension and its stakes. Under the action of the tool flows the extension of a conceptual quest having at its source the astonished look of the man discovering the germs of a symbolic sphere in the new artifact. In the same way the stone symbolizes the stake of a life. Our conscience tense towards the paths of knowledge reminds us that the stone, without announcing it, saw the birth of humanity Circé is a only one piece in only one basalt column...

My job as a sculptor is fed since childhood of the same passion and it is through writing it had made its momentum, by research and reflection on the oral transmission of preliterate peoples. So I developed a job close to abstraction form sculptures murals or Totem since I exercise the profession of sculptor full-time and my job is oriented on the trace, the sign in the close connection which unites us to the subject, my support today is almost exclusively mineral. I am now working on Kraft paper, carving the paper, tribute to the devastated nature by the human being, a prayer for the sacrified trees.
