About The Artwork
Inspired by a pose in a life drawing class, this seated figure is crouched in contemplation. As in any life class, the figure is not quite finished. It lacks facial features or any detail, with the resulting physical figure consequently portraying an air of calm and solitude. Made in bronze with a honey patina, it is smooth to the touch and can be installed indoors or outdoors. It can also be produced at a lower cost in bronze resin if desired.
