About The Artwork
Dancer is a sculpture made by welded scrap bronze pieces. I was inspired by a contemporary dance show that I attended where I realized the skills of the human body to express a massive range of feelings through dancing. I chose the scrap pieces as a reminder that even the useless pieces can build something new and beautiful.
