You know your direction since birth But sometimes, Conditioning and that too, years of it Keeps you bound to earth You do have wings, but weren't taught you could use them to fly Until you see someone of your kind, And thought maybe I should move these feathery ligaments and give it a try You fail once, you fail twice, And maybe you fail countless times But when you finally discover the little tricks You find a whole to explore, the endless earth beneath the infinite skies And, Even when you forget the knowledge you once had Look inside, even if it's a tad-bit-sad, And Remember, You only need to know you've got wind beneath your wings A little more effort, you'll fly! _Sometimes, Encouragement is all you need To find the courage that's always inside you_ - by Lata Notani

The idea of ‘dynamism’ always attracted me. As a sculptor, I am focused on catching the sense of movement into my works. Most of the works that I make are those of sportspersons or dancers. I try to capture certain energetic moves performed by these people. My liking for dynamism in movements went up a notch when I started making installations. The subject of these installations ‘balloon’ was so different yet so similar. I saw floating balloons as one would a dancing human figure. The balloons have so much energy and watching these fly could be so joyful; the way wind moves them in space talks so much about dynamism.
