About The Artwork
In 2019 I mingled my favourite topic Women, for the first time with children and I started experimenting with materials and forms. This year in one of my dreams I saw a baby lying on a cushion, arms widespread and eager to be lifted up, to make contact, to be loved. It is kind of a momentum for the child I never had. The sculpture is lying loose on a red velvet cushion to support it, and it is part of the work. The measurements of the cushion are 45 x 45 x 10 cm.
