About The Artwork
Pencil art on cold-pressed cotton paper. The drawing demonstrates the life of a 3 year old boy in the middle of lockdown due to widespread contagion the world is experiencing. Here my aim was to capture the leisurely mood of a toddler gazing at his favorite Spider man comic . I have used a cold-pressed cotton paper to draw this artwork. I will sign on the back side of this drawing along with date, month and year, before packaging it in a bubble wrap, fold carefully in a cardboard roll after wrapping it in a acid free tissue paper, and plastic cover to protect against moisture . My childhood was in the midst of lush green mangroves, bamboo bushes , lakes , trails that were less trodden and wanted wear. My father was stationed here on behalf of Railways. Few trains that stopped here and I almost knew most of the locals and tribals in the vicinity . Life was at ease, and my childhood spent here was truly a tale to tell. Currently I live in Bangalore with my lovely wife , two wonderful children and an adorable 14 year old golden retriever.
