About The Artwork
I drew this very patient woman model in charcoal at evening class in the 1980's while i was still in my 20's. It took me around 3 hours to complete, and it was winter and the room was very cold. But concentrating on the figure and my work, I didnt notice that I was feeling cold. Mind over matter I guess. My Mum and Dad hung it in their dining room for many years, but the original has since been sold. It is now available in prints only. I really hope you like it.
