About The Artwork
The raw energy and force of the bull has always fascinated artists. And bull has been represented in many different ways in art. In my tribute to the bull I chose Indian Gaur and have shown it in a gentle charge pose. Along with the fierceness I also wanted to capture the gentleness of the bull which people fail to see. I mainly used pencil and charcoal for this art work and used bits of red spots here and there to highlight the force that this gentle animal creates when it is charging.
