" THE PIANO PAINTS " As a pianist, I would like to explain the sense of this title. First, someone can say that thanks to the piano I paint, on the other side thanks to painting I play piano better ! I found the combination between the piano and paintings.Second I searched and read books, for example: "The modern game of piano" - Karl Leimer mentioned about the philosophy of playing the piano as we walk. When we walk, Eyes will guide legs to everywhere we want to go = Ears will guide hands and fingers => Eyes will guide pencils and brushes! Third, paper is my choice (the sizes are varied) for the moment with a mixed “technique“: water colour, oil, pastel, pencil, etc. When I make painting, I am really in the environment of relaxation of my mind. I have an image in my head and I let my eyes naturally guide my pencil, my brush on paper.I paint with my feeling, my spirit and my imagination .In addition, Albert Einstein also said that “imagination is more important than knowledge”. I imagine that nuances of colours in my paintings resemble to harmony of piano: hot = major, dolce = minor, dark = augmented, light = diminished, etc.
