As Above so Below, is very apparent and important in understanding the connections between everything being connected. This piece one of the last ones of the series was about the constant cycle of death and re birth or natures course to maintaining a balance. The piece is ready to hang and I want my audience to feel the intensity presented and be open to feeling and experiencing. The choice to use acrylics as my primary medium was important as I was required by will to use them. Another important element tied in with my black backdrop is the loose lost and found interwoven members of the painting offer us a blurred and energetic painting; Small with a big impact.
