About The Artwork
A boat realized on screen neither three-dimensional nor reality. We recognize that it is a boat anyhow by the form. I began with some lines. I didn't dare to draw a boat but, as I tie them up, it became one. So I followed them and took a form. I always begin like this way,following by my intuition. As the way to completion,being dominated by the material. Anyway, the boat seems luxury but,simple. The water coming inside and surrounded by the mist. It heading on wave or cloud. We guess whatever we want. But when we realize the essence of itself, all outline or plot go to disappear. This boat came up to let us know the essence. Then, fading out into the mist of screen,like telling "Where there's a will,there's a way." I study for the essence of things.Because I believe that we,(man) need to re-awake one's soul. And the soul connected only by the essence. For me, ART does exist for this reason.To tell us the soul. So, it is not important the way either abstraction or figurative but, grab the essence by realizing the soul. Some symbols will be found on screen means a shadow of mankind,which won't be cancelled ever like a shadow in the dark. This to know what does human being would be. (we can't stop thinking)

What I create is the essence of things to be aware of our souls. This essence expressed in an original sphere with original *figures on screen. The figures seen on canvas could be seen as a shadow of human kind. It’s portrays that we can't stop thinking because while looking at art work, suddenly your brain switches the way you feel by finding those figures. I think this is our human nature. My suggestions will guide you how to FEEL rather than THINK. The abstract and the real both coexist on screen telling that we can’t escape from nature. This inspiration has been born from my life experience. HOW I START TO WORK? My work is always improvised. First I work on what I want then as I work by I get totally immersed in material. And during working I just follow where they want to go. I spend more time interpreting what they want. Sometimes finish working with just 1brush stroke. I continue to work until they are satisfied. Normally It takes about 3 months or more. ABOUT BACKGROUND I’ve left it as it is because I want to give it life. I also respect the people who made this cloth. I can’t draw without them.
