Do you know what is the most Spanish to me in Spain? Its' not jamon and not flamenco. ⠀ Is to drink a coffee with churros in real churreria. ⠀ Churreria is not such a beautiful cafe, where bartenders are frying churros and porros and you are asking for coffee with milk (warm, cold, hot - they will ask you for sure). In some corner, there should be seated an old woman and with appetite eating 100% crispy cholesterol, while there is sheer bliss on her face. Fat men usually order porros, it's like churros, just much thicker. With their thick fingers, they dip it directly into a glass of coffee and this stick absorbs exactly half of it. The stick is placed in a smiling mouth and bites off. Guys leafing through a newspaper and at the same time yelling towards the bartender or a neighbor at the counter, that's how they are chatting. ⠀ And I don't need to much - "café con leche templada y un racion de churros". In general, traditionally, churros are dipped in hot chocolate, but for me it is too much fat. I dunk the churros in the sugar that they give with a coffee and... stop hearing the Spanish noise on a background. Spanish sun is shining bright and the heart is filled up with endorphins. Tatiana spent much of her teenage years at the art museums. But following family traditions she graduated as a geologist. After 12 years making career in the petroleum business she finally broke apart from the corporate world to be a full time artist She's influenced by the light, color and transparency of the watercolors as well as the depth and luminosity.
