About The Artwork
The painting is inspired by abstract art and spontaneous painting. The cat is drawn by hand according to the movement of the hand. The rectangles were added in a graphic editor, then the picture was realized with acrylic on thick paper 250 g / m2. The rectangles resemble the houses of the city, then the cat can walk around the city. For us, cats are associated with the city. The city also carries many secrets. The cat symbolizes the night, which means the time of the unmanifest and the subconscious. I chose this theme because I like cats and mysticism.
