Tomasz Rolniak - diversity of expression. Born in Brzozow in 1981, he began his academic education with archeology. Therefore he approached the roots to derive from sources in his works, and become closer to nature through land art actions. In 2008, he graduated in painting and drawing at the University of Rzeszow Department of Art. He balances between abstraction and prestentation. Currently he is studying at the Arts Film School in Lodz at the faculty of Film Art Organisation, increasingly including motion picture to the spectrum of his work. He records everyday life and converts it by moving it away from reality. He recognizes the absurdity of commonness and bluntly ends it with a punch line. He moves around in different fields of art: painting, graphics, photography, object, film and street art. A participant and co-organizer of many exhibitions and domestic and abroad open airs. At the same time he carries out several series of paintings. He believes that the essence of life is paint and patiently stands by it, leaving painted tracks of his earthly journey. His main project is the "Electric Fence" - the effect of a long-term exploration of various forms of art and space (countryside/ city/ meadow/ industrial). The leading theme of the project is the Cow, identified with the absolute. Cow - the breadwinner. Cow- the mother. Cow- the giver. The giver of milk, which replaces the milk of a human mother. The Cow and its gifts: milk, meat, skin, used by man. The man, who objectified and depicted it in the form of pixels.
