About The Artwork
The seven dirty words are seven English-language curse words that American comedian George Carlin first listed in his 1972 "Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television" monologue. At the time, the words were considered highly inappropriate and unsuitable for broadcast on the public airwaves in the United States, whether radio or television. As such, they were avoided in scripted material and bleep censored in the rare cases in which they were used. Broadcast standards differ in different parts of the world, then and now, although most of the words on Carlin's original list remain taboo on American broadcast television. I am an artist who lives in sunny (hot.humid,muggy,buggy,rainy) beautiful Central Florida. Sometimes I have the art world TOTALLY figured out, and then when I wake up, I remember that figuring out the art world isn't actually a thing. I am ever evolving, and never settled in an art style. Sometimes that's a cool trait, mostly it's not. One thing that I pretty much stay true to is my love of depicting pop culture. Here you will find my many styles of art - but think of it as all different roads leading to the same place...your walls! In 99% of the prints I offer, I create the central artwork with acrylic paint,Copic markers, and ink. The only thing I add digitally is the solid color back ground because I like when the solid color is smooth and consistent, and occasionally I add some neon to my work.
