«God, what to do?» 2007 Interesting to view my old (retro) works ) The original is painted in oil on cardboard. Later I subjected the painting to digital photo experiments ) In those early years, I was a nest for the Ukrainian avant-garde of the early 20th century. I just breathed then the avant-garde ... During this time, a lot has changed, melted in me ... Something has disappeared forever as unnecessary, something, on the contrary, has become stronger and stuck in me ... The creative path, the creative search of the artist is always interesting ... I suggest you go along this path! ) As every picture of mine says something to its viewer ... It carries a message ... What does this honest, emotional image tell you? The hero of this picture is not afraid to be in a broken trough ... not afraid to zero himself ... not afraid to repent of what he did and admit his failure ... his failure. He is not afraid to ask questions of his soul and God, what to do next? How to live, create, think, feel? Do you ask such questions? Can you repent and start from scratch? I can't always either! But I'm trying!!! ) I just have to become the best version of myself! This is the meaning of my creative existence, my poetic life! It was pleasant and extremely interesting and useful for me to look at my old picture. And to understand how much I have changed and in what exactly I have changed! But even in this picture you can see my love for smooth lines and rounded shapes ... If the cubists interpreted the form through cubization ... Then I interpret the form through a circle ... I ROUND everything that I see ... People who read my poems and aphorisms also feel the roundness of my words, metaphors, maxims ... Each of my paintings , each of my text is an EMBRACE! And the embrace are ROUND! )) WELCOME to my creative Embrace! ) I deliberately made the picture laconic, simple in color, so as not to ruffle ... not to distract from the main thing ...
