About The Artwork

Golden apple Belarusian folk tale Lived grandparents. And they had two daughters - a grandfather's daughter and a grandmother's daughter. My grandfather's daughter was named Galya, and my grandmother was Julia. The grandmother caressed, cared for, and cared for, and the grandfather, in a black body, kept waiting for her to be removed from the world. Once a grandfather went to the bazaar, bought a third-steer. He brought home and said to his daughters: - You will feed it one by one - one day and another day. The grandfather's daughter drove to the pasture on the first day. The evil stepmother gave her a spindle and a bag of tow. "Look," he says, "to stop the whole cord in a day, weave it, bleach it, and bring it home in the evening." And when you do not, you will not live. Galya was taken out of the barn, patted on the neck and chased to a pasture. She marries, and she pours herself bitter tears. The steer asks: - Girl, blond pigtail, what are you crying for? How can I not cry, steer? My stepmother ordered this bag to stop, weave, bleach and bring home in the evening ... Will I do a day's work like this? Don't cry, ”says the bull,“ take me to the silk grass, the fresh dew, and we will come up with something there. Galya drove the bull calf to the silk grass, to the fresh dew. Gobbled up, got drunk, and then said: - Now put a spindle in my right ear and a spindle. And then just pop into your left ear and see what happens. She put Galya in the right ear with a calf and a spindle, ran into her left ear and looked. Right there, the spinning wheel twists, flies, the web whitens and rolls in the scroll ... As it was done, Galya got ready to scroll the canvas and cheerfully drove the bull home. An evil stepmother met her in the yard: - Well, stopped the tow? - She stopped, - says Galya and hands her the finished scroll of the canvas. The stepmother clung to her head: her stepson did such a job! It was time to chase her grandmother's daughter Julia. Julia took the whip, the wife and everything sticks the bull with a whip. He will run here, run there. And Julia chases after him, and the curse on what the world stands for. So she ran and the spindle lost. I drove the bull-calf to a bare bend. She put the cord on, and she went to bed. Wake up in the evening, Julia, look - a tow into the swamp is trampled ... She grabbed a whip and went to beat the bull. At home the mother asks: - Well, daughter, she did the job! Yes, no, - says the daughter. - The bull is guilty. Because of him I lost the spindle, and then he yanked my yarn into the mire ... Angry stepmother on the bull-calf. She went to her grandfather and said: - Knock it off, Grandpa, steer! - Did you make a fool, grandma? - asked his grandfather. - Why should we cut it? Here, the grandmother will tumble her feet, as she will throw herself at her grandfather with his fists. - If you do not kill, then I will go away with your daughter! Galya heard it, ran to the barn and staggered with tears. - Girl, blond pigtail, what are you crying for? asks the steer. Galya told him that she had thought up an evil stepmother. "Don't cry, girl," says the bull. "You better listen to what I advise you." When they kill me, take my liver and there you will find a golden grain. Put that grain around the house ... Galya did, as the bull said. It has grown from an apple seed with golden apples. Who goes or goes by the house - not everyone is amazed at the apple. Once a young beautiful Hussar rode from the war. He saw the apple and stopped. I reached out to rip the golden apple. And the apple - melon, melon, melon! - and went up. She saw it in Gal's window and said to the stepmother: I'm going to break this beautiful hussar apple ... And the stepmother would blink at her, howl. She grabbed Galya and put her under the trough, and sent Julia into the garden ... - and went up. And here in the yard the rooster walked. Jumped on the raft and crouched: - Ku-ku-ri-ku! The grandfather's daughter is hidden under the trough and the grandmother wants to rip the apple and marry the master ... Husar heard it, got off his horse and went to the house. Found there under the trough grandfather's daughter. As he looked at her, he couldn't take his eyes away: so he fell to his heart. "Girl-maiden," the Hussar bowed to her, "tear the golden apples from my apple into my memory." Galya approached the apple tree - and all the apples fell to her feet. She collected them in the division, brought them to the Hussar. Hussar picked her up, put her on a horse in front of her, and drove to her home. At home, they played weddings and began to live and live in harmony and harmony. A son was born to them, so beautiful that their parents would not be pleased. Meanwhile, the evil stepmother could not sleep from the envy that the Husar did not take her daughter but her grandfather. And I was thinking how to get her out of the world. Somehow she says to her daughter: - Stairs, daughter, to visit your sister. Ask her to bathe and drown her ... Julia listened to her mother, went to visit her sister. She persuaded her to bathe. And on the river he says to her: - Sit down, sister, on the masonry, I'll wash your shoulders. Galya's force was laying, and Yulia threw her into the water and ran. Waiting for Galya home - no. The little son cries, no one can comfort. Took his nanny in his arms, goes over the river, sounds: - Galya, Galyusya, your baby is crying, he wants to eat. Chickens sleep, geese sleep, one does not fall asleep, his mother is waiting for her baby ... And she hears a voice out of the water: - Oh, it's hard for me to go out to my son, the stone kicks up, the water floods my eyes .. My mother's little son heard a voice and cried harder. - Oh, I go, son, oh I'm running, - mother calls, - to listen to your crying, son, I did not bear. Mother came out of the water, fed her son, and he fell asleep. And she went back. And the next day the father himself took the golden apple and the son, and went to the river. Came ashore and sounds. Galya, Galyusya, your baby cries to eat wants. Chickens sleep, geese sleep, one son does not sleep, his mother is waiting for her baby ... She heard her son's voice and said: - Oh, come on, son, oh run, listen to your crying, son, I did not bear. She went ashore, fed her son, and he fell asleep. Then the man took out a golden apple from his pocket and gave it to the woman. As soon as she bit that apple, she regained consciousness. Delighted man, brought her home. They began to live well and happily again. But the evil stepmother and her daughter were never allowed to enter the threshold. Motto: Widows and orphans on offense
