Acrylic on 440 g linen canvas, 100x80x3 cm, 2019 Artists of different ages, nationalities, styles and disciplines but rallied under the banner of this beginning of intense Third Millenium. All close thanks to one of the best and most unifying sides of technology and internet use. They form a group from there the barriers of borders, languages and differences which at another time might have separated them. A group whose mixture is rich. All creators of windows on the universe, as Leon Battista Alberti wrote, in 1435, about paintings. Windows on the world, hope, on beauty. The Anamorphosis of the characters is minimal. Creation is joyful, not oppressive. From left to right and from top to bottom: Irene RASPOLINI (ITA) ; Karen CLARK (USA); Jonathan Benoit OUIMET (CAN); Thomas PRAHMAS (AT); Pete EDMUNDS (GBR); Sergio Paul IANNIELLO (AUS); Michael WALLACE (USA); Wolfgang ALT (GER); Ludovic JACCOUD (CH); Patrick SANTONI (FRA); Will COATES (USA); Carmen MORENO (ESP); Saralene TAPLEY (USA). Use of acrylic, the most recent medium because it is suitable for the runaway of our society. Thanks for your interest © 2019 Ludovic Jaccoud Artwork. All rights reserved. © 2019 Ludovic Jaccoud Artwork. All rights reserved.

Ludovic Jaccoud https://ludovicjaccoudart.webnode.fr/ is a Swiss Artist creating with great talent a distinctive style displaying combination of figurative, anamorphic and semi-abstract elements. Education While living in Belgium, Ludovic Jaccoud went on to improve drawing at the Académie des beaux arts de Bruxelles, in Brussels, and at the legendary Musée de la Bande Dessinée de Bruxelles; he proved a real talent for Technical Drawing. Back to his native country, after University studies, he dedicated himself on learning History of Arts and its techniques. In 2009, Ludovic finally launched his career as a painter. He exhibited his famous collection of anamorphic portraits during May to August 2014, at the NEST Gallery. The Opening of these Exhibitions were attended by art lovers with great enthusiasm. Motivation Painting allows him a freedom of unlimited themes, which combine passion, and citizen duty. Ludovic portrays isolation, the influence of technology on the human being, the difficulty of human relations Ludovic’s artworks are part of his life, and of your life too. In his artworks, art and social commentary co-exist, which play a tremendous role in our own life. This exceptional Artist depicts social symbols, relevant to nowadays society, revealing portraits, topics and matters, where every detail is carefully observed, captured, and mastered. Via authentic elements, he illustrates his feelings then convey them to fans of figurative art. Using acrylic paint, each figurative, semi-abstract and/or anamorphic artwork reveals how difficult the authentic is to achieve. Ludovic brings his feelings onto the canvas with an authentic gesture on today's society. But not only as shown on his different websites.
