Title: Ocean Song There are days when the sound of the waves merges with the whistle of the wind. Both become one. A whisper in your ears. A wonderful song to listen to. This is the inspirations behind this painting. I love walking in solitude along the beach, connecting to nature, to that primordial water and the voice of the sky. It's a ritual that I like to transform into a visual poem. Together with acrylics I've also used inks and watercolour as they are more fluid. They flow on the surface. They remind me of the movement of the waves. You cannot control them. Nature recalling nature. At the back of the artworks there is the certificate of authenticity and hanging hardware. So you can either hang it directly on the wall as it is or decide to frame it like in the examples you see in some of the pictures I've uploaded. The painting brings a serene, meditative and calm mood to your interior. ☑ ORIGINAL PAINTING ON WOODEN PANEL ☑ HIGH QUALITY ARTIST GRADE ACRYLIC COLOURS, INKS, WATERCOLOURS AND MEDIUM ARE USED. ☑ SHIPPING IN A CARDBOARD BOX ☑ Along with the Artwork, will be shipped the certificate of authenticity ☑ Floater Frame shown in picture is NOT included ☑ The wooden panel comes ready to hang. - My artworks are securely packaged, insured and shipped through a reputable courier to ensure they reach you safely.

Italian mixed media painter living and working in London since 2005. Her work is inspired by her travels and is about the experience of a landscape. Rather than presenting a topographical reality, she abstracts the landscape through her memory and sensory impressions. Her paintings are the synthesis of colours, light and forms seen and experienced in a place in a certain weather or season. By deconstructing and isolating key elements of a landscape she challenges our assumptions of what landscape means to us. Stefania doesn’t work from photographs or preparatory sketches but it’s her selective memory to suggest elements, colours and structure of that specific slice of earth to depict - a slice that she builds up in layers with an expressive style in a visceral manner. The compositions unfold over a period of time through the process of adding and removing marks, by balancing intuitive gestures with considered refinement. Stefania works in a number of mediums including acrylic, ink, watercolour, collage and oil pastel and uses any experimental tool that can leave unpredictable marks on the surface, such as found and discarded objects, old linens, recycled materials, bird feathers, twigs and stones.
