About The Artwork
I'm Japanese and studying in the UK where I can see many antique things and historical architecture daily. That's why the Victorian or old fashion style inspired me a lot and made me paint them with organic lines and touches. Additionally, I often see clear daydreams when I'm in hard situations, which might be to escape from the real not to break the mind. The spectacles are always real, beautiful, and peaceful, but blight and vague terribly. Then I tried to depict one of them in this painting. The paints are watercolor and acrylic, and the material is canvas. I made it in the period from February to April 2023.
