This work comes as a kind of admiration from Japanese art, which has always left me speechless. since childhood, when I came across Japanese prints, I had the feeling that I grew up with them. Japanese culture and above all Japanese art, I can say with full conviction that it fascinates me. I have tried and experimented a lot in my art, but the more time passes, I feel that the adoration for simplicity in painting lives inside me. It seems easy, but actually making a simple painting is more complicated than anything else. During the analysis of Japanese prints, paintings and writings, I understood what the term art means. Therefore, in the meantime, I realized that some of the great masters of art were influenced by the Japanese spirit. For example, I have read various letters of artists who have exchanged them, some of them have been of Van Gogh, who constantly writes to his brother, Theo and Ernest Chesneau about the Japanese admiration. I am sharing with you, two of the descriptions of different people regarding this topic, with which I agree very much: "And we wouldn’t be able to study Japanese art, it seems to me, without becoming much happier and more cheerful, and it makes us return to nature, despite our education and our work in a world of convention."
