About The Artwork
description: Painting: billboard paper glued on canvas, acrylic The Explosion of the volcano in red with a large cloud in blue with many lapilli that expand into space. The background is very light yellow where a blue substrate shines through. My painting is inspired by nature and the philosophy of Heraclitus, the myth of the primordial fire. After the lockdown in search of normality I use the paper from street billboards as a material glued on canvas. It has something to do with the social tissue of the times in which we live and evokes the fragility of nature. signed and dated on the back. Finish with acrylic varnish satin. Frame: unframed, further framing possible but not necessary. ready to hang with a solid hanger. Canvas frame deep 3 cm
