About The Artwork

The Abbey Ruins have fabulous gardens in Malmesbury which are open to the Pubic in the summer. They also have nudist days which have attracted up to 60.000 folk per year. The owners are nudists themselves and loved to garden naked and decided to give it a try. It has been very successful for them and for Malmesbury.

Born in Chelmsford, Essex in 1957 to an Army Officer - 1st SAS. I went to school in Northern Cyprus. An ex Olympian from the 1980 Winter Olympics in the event Luge My Swiss husband and I live on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset, UK where in the summer we run our delightful B&B www.purbeckbedandbreakfast.net This is a stunning area which I have tried to depict in my paintings. We are lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places in the Country. With my Art I want to convey how I am feeling about myself to others. My inspiration comes from my life experience and I want to share my creativity with the outside world. In the winter months we spend time in the Alps alternating between my husband Peter's Gstaad home and Austria. We love to walk and Ski and my love of the snow and ice emanates from the time I competed in the Luge Event in the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, USA. I hope eventually to work on painting from my memories of this tamarind event. Peter and I did two openings of Boutique Hotels, one in the Seychelles and the other in Zanzibar. So I was able to use my interest in interior design and garden landscaping to their best advantage at both properties. Having travelled extensively, I have much material to express in my art; there is much more to come. I try to paint most days and this now is my main hobby. I would also love one day to do children's book illustration.
