About The Artwork

Life comes and presents us with roads that, some or all of them, whether we like it or not, accompanied or alone now or later, we will travel... What's common in all of them? Learning. Whatever the paths, there's always something to learn. And one of the wonderful things about life is that at the time we learn, whether we like it or not, we're also teaching. Sometimes we don't even become aware of this duality... The character Roy Batty (played by Rutger Hauer), villain in the film Blade Runner (1982), yes, the original, not the remake, in his speech at the end of the film, says the following. "I've seen things that you humans wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire in the constellation Orion. I saw C-rays shining in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain. Time to die." Each of us has amazing stories to tell. Yes, I know, they're not always commendable stories, but, anyway, where's perfection on this planet? Anyway you're walking your road, you're walking your way... Don't let your moments get lost in time. Contradict the character, now it's time to live. It's time to teach... It's time to learn... Scare away your ghosts and, with determination, go your way... Let's go?
