About The Artwork

Pisces In this section, I have shown the Pisces zodiac and the nature of how it sees the combination of each other in front of the world. Pisces is the twelfth sign of the zodiac, and it is also the last sign in the zodiac. Therefore, this sign brings together several features of the eleven signs that have preceded it. However, Pisces underlies these most qualities. These people are selfless, spiritual and very focused on their inner journey. They also place considerable weight on what they are feeling. Yes, emotions define Pisces, and it is not uncommon for them to feel their burdens and joys, and others. The intuition of Pisces birth is highly developed. Many people associate Pisces with dreams and mysteries, and it is a proper engagement, as people born under this sign feel comfortable in an insidious world. The element associated with Pisces is water. People born under this zodiac are easily related to the emotional and unpredictable nature of this liquid gold. Similarly, we also have nature. Universe is the creation of Nature and Woman is the ultimate gift and missionary of Nature. They both go side by side for the evolution and promulgation of the universe but rarely join each other. Be like nature, no survival is possible in absence of feminine. It conceives the whole universe, nurture in its womb, sacrifices itself for initiating a new descent. I made these prints in serigraphy with the help of Waterbed Ink. First I created a rough layout, then completed the drawing with lines and hatching in the final. Then exposed the drawing on the screen. After the exposed screen, the final prints taken out with the help of a screens and layer of colors and drawings.

Nitiksha Dawar (born 1988, Delhi, India) is a renowned printmaking artist whose work delves into the realms of life, transcending subjective boundaries and exploring the profound impacts of global cultural interactions. Through her prints, she weaves narratives that go beyond the surface, touching upon universal themes and evoking a unique poetic resonance. Nature, the ultimate nurturer, forms an integral part of Dawar's artistic expression. Just as nature conserves and sustains the entire universe within its womb, the artist emphasizes the inseparable connection between femininity and the natural world. Her work encompasses more than mere reflections of self and ideas; it serves as a testament to the rare fusion of the feminine and the organic. In doing so, Dawar not only communicates the wealth and power associated with the patrons of art but also sheds light on diverse aspects of our world and humanity through her creative portrayals of people, places, and objects. Her contributions to the field extend beyond commissioned works, as she has also made significant contributions as a freelance artist in various capacities. Dawar's chosen medium is printmaking, with a particular focus on the print etching and aquatint techniques. In a series of works, she seeks to draw attention to Hindu mythology, chakras, and the practice of meditation as a means of connecting with the superconscious. By employing this conceptual approach, she seeks to intensify the dynamic interaction between the audience and the artist, bringing forth emotional objectification and exploring the duality that emerges through diverse interpretations. Currently, Nitiksha Dawar resides and works in Kaladham, Greater Noida, India, where she continues to explore and expand her artistic horizons.
