About The Artwork
A new linocut Ive just made, this is the only orange colour so its unique as the others are mainly blue. This features the 911 attacks, written within the towers is the word 'subterfuge'. The horse wears a 'chanfron' which is a piece of armour bearing the word 'meta-physical'. On the border it is written; do not become a sausage. Taken literally it sounds absurd, the hidden meaning is that you should not become filled with useless things. A sausage was made with unwanted parts, guts, brains, eyes, hooves etc.
