About The Artwork

This is a piece inspired by the year of 2012. As we all know it was a theory that "the end of the world" would occur on December 21, 2012. This was created in the month of August. The artist's head was spinning with a mix of worry and hope. The artist was worried because a lot of his personal relationships where not yet rebuilt, and the Artist was not given a chance to actually enjoy life yet, and it seemed as though his 20 years of living was just a joke to what life was going to be like in the Afterlife for him, so he created this, to make a statement that his world was being destroyed before he could even see. He was running out of time to fulfill his destiny and dreams. At the time the artist felt as the world loved money, but he loved family, friends, and pursuing happiness more. But 2012 was the year that everything was going to end, essentially mass destruction, and no insurance could rebuild the end of the world. The Artist thought as thou Aliens where present on Earth and were going to have something to do with the " end of the world." High-tech electronics where becoming very popular around this time, and the artist felt as though the new smart phone was taking over the "smarts" that a human naturally possesses. Thou Thrush wanted to save the world, Thrush wanted out of this world and so he compared himself to Jesus. He had no escape plan for finding his way out of the system and back into independence with family and Love, so Church and good spirits full of a different sense of humor became Jonathon Thrush's world. With hopes of reaching Heaven after the world ended. Thrush created this picture in attempt to send the best message that he could to the worlds future viewers, just in case it was just his world that had an end written for December 21, 2012. The picture has lots of hidden messages throughout the picture. These messages say " get out of z streets" " and brain over ear" ( meaning use your brain before you listen to the wrong message. " These messages can be found in the rubble under the aliens hand. Other messages include Jonathon Thrush optimistically mocking the Great Martin Luther King, stating " I have a dream" and the picture under the statement is that of a man with a family, he is a loving father and a loving husband" no matter how "looney" the world can be.

Hi viewers ( do not hesitate to offer a price on any Art.) welcome to the home of the best artist in America. Jonathon Thrush is a young artist from North Carolina. He was born in Charlotte, NC and moved to Kingman, AZ, where he lived with his mom. He then moved back to Charlotte to live with his step father and his friend, a single woman with a passion for fashion and a love for children. Thrush's stepmother was a blessing sent from God, she raised him and taught him the essentials to being a business owner. Thrush later found love and decided to start his own business as an artist. Thrush knows that when you are blessed with the gift of creating, the artist is automatically hired to present their gift from their eye to the worlds eye. The world, God, Love, Emotion, and Thrush's mom, as well as step parents are the motivation and inspiration behind all art created and established for the world to see. The artwork created by Thrush is intended to speak to the viewer and capture the essence of this generation and the beauty of life within itself. Thrush was given the name Mind of man when he was actually doing music in a foster home in Mount Holly,NC. The name was given to him by one of Thrush's current mentor's, a DJ by the name of Truzz. Thrush liked the name Mind of man. What made the name significant for the company was the abbreviation for Mind of man. There would be no Mind of Man without mom. In loving memory of Lola Faye Thrush.
