Artist. Mukhamatov Ulugbek Tairovich was born on July 14, 1984, in Navoi, Uzbekistan. His artistic graphics are oriented towards the imaginative and emotional resolution of the environment, the philosophical generalization of events, and the phenomena of centuries-old history.
