Richard Causer, a contemporary dancer who was working with Expressions Dance Company, sees sleep as incomplete and broken shapes. This reflects his disturbed sleeping patterns and his relationship to sleep. Richard has used this difficult relationship to develop some fascinating choreographic works. Thus he has been healing himself through creativity.
