About The Artwork
The painting was created on the night of 29 to 30 July 2020. I was thinking of warm days in Tuscany, green leather chairs in classic wooden frames, marble tables on the freshly painted balcony of a cafe. If you look over the balcony wall, you will see fields. The waiter is about to bring you the wine and cheese, and freshly ironed table cloth that smells of lavender. When I painted it I thought that the balcony wall looks like a block of cheese among cafe chairs :) not a bad idea too. Painted with oil paints on fiber canvas.
