About The Artwork
This painting is inspired by the James Taylor song, Copperline. The crisp white background is rare for me but It was a great call for this piece. The earthy landscape colors and the "copper line" of paint that lines the abstract winding road work together well. The road was first built up by light molding mud by my hands, so this is another textural piece that will enjoy being touched. It is sealed with 4 layers of satin varnish of archival quality.
