About The Artwork
Inspired by the greek ancient story of the Golden Fleece (Chrysomallo deras), the golden eyed ram has a different story to tell. Craving for a spiritual evolution, the ram takes his time in the forest. Sitting among the flowers, he is turning over of his consciousness from the external to the internal. In other words, he proceeds to a deeper purification of his nature. He sacrifies every outer obstacle for his inner liberation. Opposed to the original version, the golden eyes signify the inner awakening like a blazing fire.
