I present to your attention my new painting "Lada". When I painted the face, I felt like it was some kind of protecting, caring goddess, I could feel such feminine energy. Therefore, I decided to find out what goddesses the Slavs had during pagan times. And when I read about the goddess Lada, I immediately felt a resonance and there was no doubt that it was her. Lada is the ancient Slavic goddess of love, harmony, harmony, world order and well-being. She is also the goddess of spring, love and marriage, the patroness of female grace and beauty, and a happy married life. Verkhovna Rozhanytsia and Bereginya. Archetype of the Great Mother Goddess. I also wanted to draw something related to my native land, and one of the first things that came to mind was red poppies. Since long ago there was a lot of symbolism with this plant (a talisman against evil forces, a symbol of fertility, etc.), now red poppies are a symbol of memory of those who died during the Second World War and are dying in the struggle for the independence of Ukraine. I added pink poppies in the process, because they used to grow in my grandmother's house, this is a memory of those times. This is how a complete picture of a beregin woman turned out, this is how the picture "Lada" appeared

Natalya was born in 1988 in the small town of Semenivka, Chernihiv region in Ukraine. Since childhood, she loved to draw and showed herself creatively in every way. In 2013, she attended a series of master classes on various painting techniques and since then fell in love with oil painting. At first, I tried to paint in different genres, but I realized that I like painting pictures depicting female fantasy portraits the most. In total, since 2013, she has painted more than 40 paintings. Currently, in connection with the war in Ukraine, I live in Cyprus, where I continue to paint new pictures
