In movies they use a blue light when shooting night scenes. Paleo Commodius Vicus is a mix of the horserace in Sienna and Commodius with horses competing twice a year, going round and round (by the way, the plaza in Sienna has inspired the design of Copenhagen main square: Rådhuspladsen). Where HCE in Finnegans Wake represents the Fall of Man, the Paleo sometimes do the same, since the horse is the important figure, not the man on the horseback, a horse can win the race. HCE through his dream in the novel want to make the whole of history swallow up his guilt for him, and by sinking so deep in his sleep, he has sunk to a level of dreaming in which he has become a collective being rehearsing the collective guilt of man. And it may not be the dream of one dreamer, but more of the process of dreaming itself, by all the characters, HCEs, ALPs, the children's, everybody's dream, a collective effort.

I am a Danish hydrologist currently working as a principal investigator and researcher at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland at Øster Voldgade 10, 1350 in Copenhagen (working in close cooperation with Copenhagen University institute for geology and geography). I am known for my research in the field of hydrogeology, with a focus on groundwater resources and their management, as well as the impact of climate change on groundwater systems. I have published many papers in the international scientific journals, and I am also a member of several scientific organisations.
