About The Artwork
Two ladies dressed in their own traditional costume. This folklore is from the southern part of Holland (Cadzand, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen). The lady in front shows her petticoat which is more beautiful then the skirt above! The dresses are now in musea but on special occasions they wear them, like for me one day they were willing to pose. Great women!
