About The Artwork
Saxon village with the fortified church in Transylvania. Biertan is one of the first German settlements in Transylvania. The first attestation of his name dates from 1283.The medieval architectural complex consists of the luteran church and the belt of fortifications, being located in the center of the settlement, on a hill. The photos taken at sunrise and sunset have an idyllic and romantic aspect.
