The Spirit Pony's Shoulder Surreal image of a pony's shoulder close up. 30"x24" Limited edition of 10 Signed Prints Printed on fine art rag paper with archival inks $895 As a young man my family had horses with whom I developed a mystical relationship. On hot summer days we would ride them down to the Pemigewasset River and swim with them in a deep spot along a bend in the river and next to a sandy embankment. We would take the saddles off and hold onto their manes as they swam joyously. When they tired of the swim they would head for the bank and roll in the sand as we laughed and threw ourselves off so we would not end up being rolled on. It is one of the happiest memories of a very happy youth.
