About The Artwork
Drawing "February" was made in 2007. I was trying to show the beauty of woman body without demonstrating attractive face and breast. Besides while I was working I was thinking about the poem of russian poet Boris Pasternak "February. Get ink and shed tears", so the mood of the drawing was also inspired by this.
