About The Artwork
This portrait was inspired by Tom Hardy's Mad Max: Fury Road. I wanted to achieve the dramatic portrayal of the character in the movie as the rugged and rough drifter in a wasteland. I think the best way to achieve this was to re-create this as a graphite/pencil drawing on paper. I wanted this to appear as real life as the character.
