Standing Bow Pulling Pose Print

The inspiration for this drawing has multiple influences: Elizabeth Taylor form the movie The Elephant Walk, the old adage "elephants never forget", Bikram hot yoga. Standing bow pulling pose has changed my body in many ways; physical comfort, vispassana meditation is possible, and enjoyable health for the long run. For me to focus on one foot, toes spread like an elephant foot - solid, no bent knee, kicking my leg up over my head, pointing my hand forward at chin level, equal strength and equal focus with breathing all creates a standing meditation for me. The drawing is my instruction for power, focus and being in the moment.
