Ayotunde honed his skills at Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, graduating as a Fine and Applied Art specialist in 2018. Instagram: @Ayotundey_ayomide, or reach out via email: Ayotundeayomide7411@gmail.com Artist Statement For my artwork, I use acrylic on canvas to showcase motivation, hope, emotion and faith. Audiences are always bound to see a display of basket weaving in my art, which symbolizes a deep connection with African culture,of endless possibilities because the basket is the lord of the harvest. The basket might feel it is useless in the season of planting, not knowing it is being reserved for the season of harvest. Such is the mystery of life. Connect with my art with this in MIND. I look forward to spreading this Gospel of hope to the world.
