About The Artwork

With "Red Star," the artist invites viewers to traverse a multisensory realm where imagination runs wild. Gazing upon the intricate layers of acrylic, marble-sand, and putty, one might be transported to that serene beach, feeling the cool grains of sand beneath their feet and hearing the gentle lapping of waves. This piece is a call to reconnect with nature's textures and embrace the emotional echoes they stir. The choice of mixed media was a conscious one, mirroring the complexity of the natural world. Just as life blends diverse elements, the artist blended acrylic for vibrant hues, marble-sand for rugged depth, and putty for tactile intrigue. "Red Star" is more than a visual piece; it's a touchstone, connecting viewers to both the artwork and their own tactile memories. The subject matter, a union of land and sea, symbolizes the enduring harmony of opposites. The style captures the elusive nature of textures, echoing the undulating rhythms of nature's own brushstrokes. Every decision, from medium to subject to style, was meticulously made to immerse viewers in a moment of sensory contemplation—a journey through the artist's own memories, emotions, and the textures that ground us all.

Born in Bochum-Linden and raised in Sprockhoevel in the state of Northrine-Westfalia in Germany. Seconday school diploma, followed by training to become a professional electrician. Further study of technology and active in technology sales. Willy divides his time between living in Potsdam, Germany and Mallorca, Spain. Being an autodidact, his love for all-encompassing art & culture is omnipresent. His mindful thinking is influenced by artists such as Antoni Tapies, Cy Twombly, Emil Schumacher, Cesar Manrique, Russel Mills or Chillida. On the island of Mallorca, Willy Seinsche also works in co-operation with the Serbian artist Velcha Velchev, and German artist Axel Kentsch. There is never an prefixed plan to his works, no such system. He is inspired by those drawings reflected by his eyes and his imagination. His works are shaped by pieces found, experiences, discoveries and self-developments – bound together as one with new structures, materials and a sensible approach. He sees and feels his art as an enlightenment fully sensed by the depth reflected in his works.
